How to Use 12H Resin

Step 1:

Measure (2:1 Ratio)

Start by carefully measuring 2 parts Resin and 1 part Hardener by weight using a digital scale. Accurate measurement is crucial for proper curing and a flawless finish.

Step 2:

Mix Thoroughly

Pour both parts into a clean container and stir slowly for at least 3–5 minutes. Make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the cup while mixing to avoid soft spots. Stirring too fast can introduce air bubbles, so take your time.

Step 3:

Pour & Create

Once mixed, pour the resin into your mold or directly onto your surface. You can guide the flow with a stick or spreader. For a bubble-free finish, gently use a heat gun or torch on the surface to release trapped air.

Step 4:

Cure & De-mold

Leave the piece to cure for 12 hours in a clean, dust-free space. Once cured, your artwork will have a stunning, hard, and shiny surface.
