Every MAGNIFICO floor follows a precise 10-step scientific process. No shortcuts. No compromises.
Surface Preparation
Concrete must be 28+ days cured. Shot-blasting or diamond grinding to CSP 2–3 profile. All oil, grease, and loose material removed. Pull-off strength verified at =1.5 MPa.
Critical Foundation StepPrimer Application
Two-component epoxy primer mixed at 2:1 ratio. Applied with medium-nap roller at 5–8 m²/kg coverage. Penetrates 2–4mm into concrete for unbreakable bond. 8–10 hours drying.
100% Solids · Solvent-FreeScreed Mixing
Resin and hardener pre-mixed at 1:1, then graded quartz/silica sand added (6 parts) for 1:1:6 ratio. Mixed to thick, trowelable mortar consistency.
Pot Life: 30 min at 25°CElastomeric Screed Application
Applied at 1–5mm thickness with notched trowel. Spiked roller releases entrapped air. This is the magic layer — it cures to an ELASTOMERIC state, not rigid.

Thin coat of primer (2:1) over sanded screed. This ensures perfect adhesion between the flexible elastomeric screed and the rigid top coat. 8–10 hours drying.

Resin + hardener at 2:1, then filler (2.4 parts) and pigment paste for desired colour. Total ratio 2:1:2.4. Mixed thoroughly for 3 minutes.
