If you wish to exchange a product, we are happy to help you find an alternative item of equal or greater value. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both sending the original item back to us and receiving the new item. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. All damage or quality related claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.

- A clear unboxing video must be provided that continuously and clearly shows the condition of the package from the moment of opening, leaving no possibility of tampering or interference after delivery
- The video must clearly show the damage or justify the quality concern without any ambiguity
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, no exceptions
If your claim is found valid upon review, we will replace the product with a new item of the same type at no additional cost to you.
